This is a fairly rare resin model of Luke Skywalker as seen in Return of the Jedi. It's a nice change from the usual Luke in A New Hope. This garage kit was produced in small numbers and is quite hard to find now. The sculpting looks very nice. Even unpainted, the likeness of Mark Hamill is very good. I think the facial expression expertly captures the torture Luke felt at the end of Return of the Jedi before choosing the Light. The kit is cast in tan resin which will probably give off quite an awful smell when sanded. The quality of the cast varies from excellent in the facial area to quite poor in the feet and legs. There are a lot of seam lines and tiny airbubbles. All of these can be fixed easily, however, as they are mostly in inconspicuous areas. Other than that, there's not much more I can say about this kit. I don't know who made it or when, so if you have any info, please contact me to let me know. I found this kit on eBay for $40.
