I succeeded with this kit where I failed with the 1/6 AMT/ERTL. I did this much later than that one so I had much better references. This kit is a lot more accurate from the head down. The face looks really good too but the hair looks more girly than it should. But hey, whadya want? Sculpting is hard! Casting was nice on this kit, just a few mold lines. Assembly was pretty simple, there were just a few small pieces like the lightsaber and belt pouches. These were some things that were missing in the old kit. For painting, I painted the tunic white, the pants sand and the leggings another unknown brown color. The skin is flesh and the hair is a more accurate light sandstone type color. There is some brown dry brushing in there too to highlight it. Overall this was a really neat kit that was cheap too! I got this for around $5.
