This vinyl kit by AMT/ERTL is the companion piece to the Han Solo. This one looks much nicer I think. This was the first Luke vinyl kit I did. I did this a long time ago before I knew too much about vinyl and I actually got this thing to stick to together with plastic cement! Since then it has busted a million times and I have since re glued it with CA (super glue). There's a big run of glue down one of his legs on the backside from the original attempts with plastic cement. Construction was very simple and fit pretty good. I painted the kit by hand with acrylics. I used antique white for his clothes, antique gold for his hair, flesh for the skin, and some shade of brown for his leggings. I can't recall exactly what. I know I dry brushed it with some darker shades. I also dry brushed his hair with a darker brown to break up the horrible monotony. I got this kit at KB for around $5.
