This vinyl kit was one of the few that AMT/ERTL put out. It is pretty good with only a few problems. First of all, there are no eyebrows. So if you think mine look funny, that is why. Also, the torso doesn't fit too well into the legs. He has fallen a few times and this is where he always breaks since the glue has only a little surface to grab onto. No amount of heating could help this. Also, the gun had some trouble fitting into his hands. I realized after I had taken these photographs, that it had popped out again. I started by painting the shirt a creamy white color. Kind of like an antique white. A lot of pictures show Han's shirt to be this color. Whether that is because the photos are old, I don't know. I then painted the rest of his clothes black. I dry brushed some blue on his pants to give them a bluish tint that almost looks like jean material. I painted his blood stripes red instead of the alternate gold. I picked out the details of his belts with silver and some brown dry brushing. I painted his skin fleshy and his hair a few different shades of brown. Like I said, the sculpt had no eyebrows so I had to just fudge them where they looked best. This was one of my first figure kits so I didn't really know what I was doing. I then put the whole kit together. Again, the only real problem was around the waist. The pose on this kit is pretty cool. He really looks like he is aiming right down on his target. I got this kit off eBay for around $10.
